Does CRAFTD jewelry tarnish or change color?
No. All CRAFTD pieces are crafted from premium 316L stainless steel and plated in real 18K gold or silver using PVD vacuum coating. Our jewelry is water, sweat, and heat resistant, ensuring it will never green your skin or lose its shine.
How long does shipping take?
We ship worldwide from our UK and US warehouses. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days domestically, while international orders may take 7-14 business days depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return period for all items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned. All returns must include the original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Is there a warranty on my jewelry?
Yes, we offer a Lifetime Warranty on all CRAFTD pieces. This covers any functional defects or color fading. If your piece breaks or loses its color through normal wear, we will replace it for you free of charge.

How do I find my ring size?
